Anime Adventures trading lets players swap units, skins and relics in Gomu's Roblox tower defense, with a gem tax on every deal. Everything here comes from the community wiki, which is partly outdated, and we have not tested it in game. The wiki logs no update after Update 20.4.1 (around April 2025), so trade rules may have changed. We publish no item values: the community value list was last updated on March 14, 2025 and we have no current source for Anime Adventures trading value.
How Anime Adventures trading works
Trading unlocked in Update 6 and requires player level 40, so it is a mid-game feature. If you are below that, the Anime Adventures beginner guide covers the levelling steps first. Each trade charges a gem tax that scales with rarity, so keep gems in reserve before you offer anything.
The wiki does not tell us how the tax is split between the two players, so check the trade window before you confirm. Trading is one of the reasons the Anime Adventures units list matters: rarity and limited status matter for what you can trade. Where units come from is covered in the Anime Adventures summon rates guide, and the Anime Adventures relics guide lists which relics you can trade.
What you can trade
After Update 8, only Limited units, skins and some relics were tradable. Update 11.7.5 and later added unavailable limited units, Lulu and limited relics, and later patches made more units tradable. We do not have a current list of tradable units, so open the trade window and check an item before you plan a deal around it.
- Units: Limited units, and whichever others later patches opened up.
- Skins: still tradable after Update 8.
- Relics: some relics, including limited ones.
Strong units are not always tradable ones. The Anime Adventures best units and Anime Adventures tier list pages say which units the published lists rank, not which can be traded.
The trade gem tax by rarity
The wiki gives these example figures for the Anime Adventures trade tax. Other rarities are not listed in our source.
| Item | Gem tax |
|---|---|
| Epic unit | 200 gems |
| Legendary unit | 400 gems |
| Mythic or Secret unit, before evolving | 4,000 gems |
| Mythic or Secret unit, after evolving | 6,000 gems |
Evolving a Mythic or Secret unit therefore adds 2,000 gems to its tax, on these figures. Gems come from Story, Infinite, raids, challenges, codes and the Time Machine; the Anime Adventures codes page lists the ones we could check.
Trade slang and Reroll Tokens as currency
Trade servers use shorthand. Our source lists LF, MLF, NLF, RR and small, normal, big and huge "add" as the common terms, and defines only RR. It stands for Reroll Tokens, which the community value list uses as the base trade currency.
- RR: Reroll Tokens, the base currency of trades.
- LF: in trade chat it generally means "looking for". The wiki entry as we have it does not define MLF or NLF, so ask what a poster means.
- Add: generally an extra item or payment added to even a deal. The wiki uses size labels (small, normal, big, huge) but we found no numbers behind them.
Anime Adventures Reroll Tokens cost one per trait reroll, come from the battle pass, quests and events, and are also sold for Robux. That makes them a natural unit of account: a token is what a roll costs. Test what a roll can give in the Anime Adventures trait reroll simulator, and see the Anime Adventures traits list for the effects.
Trading safety
- Read both sides of the trade window again before you confirm, and assume a finished trade cannot be undone.
- Check the gem tax and make sure you hold enough gems.
- Confirm an item is tradable before you pay for it in anything.
- Keep deals inside the game's trade window. Never pay or get paid outside Roblox, and never share your password.
- Ask for offers from more than one player, because we cannot give you a current price.
- We do not cover scripts or exploits.
New patches can change Anime Adventures trading rules, so recheck the Anime Adventures updates log and our is Anime Adventures back page when the game updates.
