Every Anime Adventures trait we have a source for, with its roll share and what it does to a unit. The trait reroll simulator uses the same shares to show how many rerolls each trait takes.

How Anime Adventures traits work
A trait is a bonus a unit can roll, boosting damage, attack speed or range. According to the community wiki, a newly summoned unit has a 1% chance of rolling a trait. After that you can reroll its trait with Star Remnants, which cost 1 for Rare, Epic and Legendary units and 5 for Mythic and Secret units, or with Reroll Tokens at one per roll.
The percentages in the table are each trait's share of the trait pool and add up to about 100%. Common traits such as Superior, Nimble and Range make up most of the pool, and the rare ones, Divine, Golden and Unique, are well under one percent each.
