Anime Adventures summon rates decide how fast a Roblox player fills a team, and the odds are steep: most pulls are Rare, and a Secret is about a one in 400,000 event. Everything below follows the community wiki, last logged at Update 20.4.1. We could not confirm what changed in the game between April 2025 and October 2026, and none of it was tested in game by us, so treat the numbers as the wiki's, not as current-build facts. Re://Adventures is an unrelated fan clone and is not covered.
Anime Adventures Summon Rates by Rarity
According to the wiki, every unit of a rarity has the same chance within that rarity. Mythic is the only rarity whose summon rates change by banner.
| Rarity | Chance per summon | Shiny chance | Shiny with Shiny Hunter |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rare | 81.9% | 0.819% | 2.457% |
| Epic | 16% | 0.16% | 0.48% |
| Legendary | 2% | 0.02% | 0.06% |
| Mythic (Legacy) | 0.25% | 0.0025% | 0.0075% |
| Mythic (Special and Event) | 0.5% | 0.005% | 0.015% |
| Secret | about 1 in 400,000 | not known | not known |
The wiki gives the Secret figure as revealed in Update 20.4.1 and has no number for a shiny Secret. A Secret or a shiny Mythic summoned in any server is announced in the Roblox chat for everyone. Rarities are explained on the Anime Adventures units page.
Anime Adventures Summon Cost and Tickets
At the wiki's Anime Adventures summon rates, one summon costs 50 gems, or 40 with the VIP gamepass, or one Summon Ticket. The wiki lists Summon Tickets in the Travelling Merchant shop for 500 gold and Luck Potions for 200 gems.
Every summon has a 1% chance to be shiny, or 3% with the Shiny Hunter gamepass. A plain Luck Potion raises the odds of Epic, Legendary and Mythic but does not reduce pity. Robux potions exist too: Super Lucky (99 Robux) doubles Legendary and Mythic odds and Ultra Lucky (149 Robux) triples them. They stack, and using all three sets the Mythic chance to 0.936%.
New players should read the Anime Adventures beginner guide and check Anime Adventures codes for free gems before spending.
Anime Adventures Banner Types
The summon area is in the lobby, left of the leaderboard. Each Anime Adventures banner refreshes hourly with random units and three featured Mythics, except the Event banner.
- Legacy: older units only, so Update 19 and later units are missing. It needs Legacy Gems, which come from converting normal gems or disenchanting certain units.
- Special: can give any unit not obtainable elsewhere, including Update 19 and later units. The middle featured Mythic is the likeliest Mythic here.
- Event: only three limited-time Mythics, bought with the current event currency. They stay for the whole event instead of changing hourly, then new event Mythics replace them.
Not every Mythic holds up in late content, so check the Anime Adventures tier list or Anime Adventures best units before saving gems for a banner.
Anime Adventures Pity
Pity guarantees the featured middle Mythic after enough summons. The wiki lists these thresholds:
| Banner | Pity | Cost to reach it |
|---|---|---|
| Legacy | 400 pulls, middle featured Mythic | 20,000 gems at 50 each |
| Special | 400 pulls, middle featured Mythic | 20,000 gems (16,000 with VIP) |
| Event | 200 pulls, unowned featured Mythics first | 2,000 event currency |
The wiki says pulling a Mythic resets the bar to 0, and a banner refresh resets it too. Since the main banners refresh hourly, we could not confirm in game how the bar behaves. Secrets have no pity, and Legendary pity is gone.
Player Level Gates for Secrets and Shinies
Banner tiers, added in Update 1.5, stop new accounts from rolling the rarest units. At player level 0 and up you cannot summon Secrets or shinies. From level 5 you can summon shinies. From level 20 you can summon both Secrets and shinies.
Quick Summon and Update 20.4.1
Anime Adventures summon rates and pity changed in Update 20.4.1 (Fool's Hunt), which added a pity for the featured middle Mythic on the Special and Legacy banners, and a Secret pity on the April Fools banner. The same update added a Quick Summon setting, which skips the first part of the summon animation. For other changes, see Anime Adventures updates, and for whether the game is playable now, is Anime Adventures back.
After a pull, units can be improved with Anime Adventures evolution, and a new unit's Anime Adventures traits can be rolled in the Anime Adventures trait reroll simulator. More gems come from modes such as Anime Adventures raids and Anime Adventures dungeon runs, and Anime Adventures trading covers swapping units.
Anime Adventures Summon Rates FAQ
What are the Mythic rates?
According to the community wiki, a Mythic is 0.25% per summon on the Legacy banner and 0.5% on the Special and Event banners. A shiny Mythic is 1% of those, so 0.0025% or 0.005%, before any Shiny Hunter bonus.
How much does one summon cost?
One summon costs 50 gems, 40 with the VIP gamepass, or a Summon Ticket. Legacy needs Legacy Gems and Event uses event currency.
How many pulls is pity?
The wiki lists 400 pulls for the featured middle Mythic on the Legacy and Special banners and 200 pulls on the Event banner. Its trivia section says 200 for all banners, which disagrees with the main text, so check the pity bar in game.
When can I summon Secrets and shinies?
Shinies unlock at player level 5 and Secrets at player level 20, according to the wiki. Below level 5 you can roll neither.
